More Falls

We broke our trip to the west coast with a change of flights and the chance to have a few days in Toronto to visit Niagra Falls. I've seen the pictures for ever and was still surprised at the magnitude of the cascading water and thunderous sound.

The boat trips to the falls base do not run in winter but a behind the scenes view is possible!

A few other sideline activities included a visit to a local Niagaran winery. Interesting wines including a beautiful Ice wine. Very sweet and a bottle in the luggage to share when we get home!

We bought a cheaper version.

Off to Vancouver tomorrow and some west coast hospitality.
